How to Easily Store Your Clothes

On October 6th, 2011 By

Unfortunately, the summer is gone and the autumn is fact. Day by day the weather becomes colder and colder and, like it or not, we have to take out the warm clothes and put the sun dresses back in the wardrobe. But if you don’t know how to store them the easier way, this post is just for you.

Before you start packing you should consider which clothes you still need and which ones you haven’t worn for a long time. Ask yourself the question: Am I going to wear that again? And if the answer is no, you should just put them aside. You can either hire rubbish removals to take care of everything you don’t need any more, or donate them. After all there are people that probably need these clothes.

Everything you plan to store, must be washed. So, check in advance for any stains or holes. Some clothes might need repair; others might need to be laundered again. It is important to store clean clothes in order to prevent moths.

Consider in advance which clothes should be folded and which should be hanging. Remember that some fabrics might be permanently damaged if you leave them folded for six months and more. And choose containers that can protect your clothes from mould and mildew otherwise you will need junk removals at the end of the winter days.
