Always Question Your Professional Cleaner

On August 25th, 2010 By

As we all know, cleaning services market is a battle field. It is full of firms struggling to offer you more than their rivals. Most just need to capture your attention. But don’t be naive. Not all professional cleaners are professionals indeed. People should be more choosy and demanding. The choosing-a-cleaner procedure should resemble a job interview. You should require some background information and so on. Remember, some cleaners try to hide the truth from you. Here are the questions you must ask your potential domestic cleaning or end of tenancy cleaning provider.

Do you offer any guarantee?

Are you associated with any association?

Do your company happen to be insured?

Are you certified and licensed?

Any change in the price? (Insist that the price you have negotiated over the phone remains unchanged after the cleaning is done)

Why should I choose you/your cleaning company?

Professional cleaners are normal people and they lie, too. Always ask them the same questions, every time you negotiate the cleaning job.
